Settings

The Settings section lets you manage key aspects of your workspace, including renaming it, changing its billing plan, or deleting it.

Workspace icon

You can set an icon for your workspace to help it visually stand out in your workspace list.

Adding a workspace icon

To add a workspace icon:

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace icon.
  2. Click the icon field.
  3. In the Upload image modal, drag an image or click to upload one from your device.
  4. Adjust the crop boundaries as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Deleting the workspace icon

To remove the workspace icon, click the red X at the top right corner of the icon.

Changing the workspace icon

To change the workspace icon, click the existing icon (not the red X) and repeat the steps above for adding a workspace icon.

Workspace ID

This section displays your workspace's unique ID.

To copy it to your clipboard, click the clipboard icon.

ℹ️ The workspace ID is also visible in the URL, right after arcweave.com/app/workspace/.

AI functionality

To enable or disable AI features in your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace AI functionality.
  2. Toggle the switch on or off.
  3. Click Save in the unsaved changes dialog at the bottom of the window.

Workspace name

To rename your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace name.
  2. Edit the current name.
  3. Click Save in the unsaved changes dialog at the bottom of the window.

Billing email

This is the email address where your workspace's invoices are sent. To change the billing email:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing email.
  2. Edit the existing address.
  3. Click Save in the unsaved changes dialog at the bottom of the window.

Changing plan

To change your workspace's billing plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Change plan.
  2. Click Change.
  3. In the pricing modal, select a different plan.

Upgrading

From Basic to Pro/Team

To upgrade from Basic to Pro/Team:

  1. Choose a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  2. Enter your card details and country. Add a coupon, if available.
  3. Click Upgrade workspace.

From Pro to Team

To upgrade from Pro to Team:

  1. Choose a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  2. Click Change plan.

Downgrading

From Team to Pro

To downgrade from Team to Pro:

  1. Choose a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  2. Click Change plan.

From Pro/Team to Basic

To downgrade from Pro/Team to Basic:

  1. Read the disclaimer “What will happen if I cancel my plan?”
  2. Click Continue to confirm.

Deleting a workspace

To permanently delete a workspace:

  1. Go to the workspace's Settings section.
  2. Scroll to the Delete workspace field.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Type the workspace's name to confirm, then click Continue.
