Share & export

Arcweave makes it easy to share your work with others to review and collaborate.

Share to collaborate

To collaborate with others on your project:

  1. Click the Share project button in the top menu.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
  3. Assign each person a role: Commenter or Editor.
  4. Click Invite.

Your collaborators will receive an email invitation to join the project. Once they accept, you'll be able to work together in real time. Your updates will sync instantly across all team members.

ℹ️ For advanced team management features like role control and workspace-wide visibility, see Workspaces. (Next page)

Share to view & play

You can generate a read-only link to share your project externally:

  1. Go to "Share project" in the top menu.
  2. Under "Anyone with the link", choose one of the following:
    • Can play only: Allows people to play your project without viewing its design.
    • Can view and play: Includes full read-only access to the projects design; flowcharts, components, and variables.

This is perfect for sharing progress with collaborators, stakeholders, or testers without giving them editing access.

Export

Arcweave supports multiple export formats to help you share, present, or integrate your narrative data into other platforms and game engines.

  1. Click "Export project" from the top menu.
  2. Choose from the available formats:
    • JSON: Fully structured data for integration into any platform.
    • Spreadsheet (CSV) – Export your project's elements, components, or logic data into a spreadsheet for editing, analysis, or localization.
    • Engine: JSON exports that work with our official Unity, Unreal Engine, and Godot Engine integrations.
    • Image: Printable version of your project's boards for presentations or reviews.
    • PDF: Lossless printable version of your project's boards (Pro/Team workspaces only).
    • Backup: Save your project on your drive as a backup (Pro/Team workspaces only).

✅ These export formats make it easy to adapt your Arcweave project to different workflows—whether you're collaborating, reviewing, or going into production.
