Manage your subscriptions ​

This page provides a first glance on managing your workspaces and subscription changes, with links to the relevant pages.

Arcweave subscriptions ​

Arcweave accounts are free. An Arcweave account can be associated with any number and combination of workspaces, each of which has its own subscription.

Arcweave workspaces can fall under one of the following subscription plans:

  • Basic: Free workspace with content and feature limitations.
  • Pro: Removes most limitations and increases the upload size limit.
  • Team: Unlocks all features and further increases the upload size limit.

Upgrade from Basic ​

As your projects and teams grow, it is likely that a Basic workspace will no longer meet your needs; the plan is designed for small-scale use and early exploration. Upgrading ensures you have room to scale your content and unlock essential workflow tools.

Upgrade from Pro ​

The Pro plan unlocks most of Arcweave's tools, but a Team workspace offers access to the advanced features of history, web API, and custom workspace roles.

Add workspace users ​

You can add new users to your workspace at any time and see all of them in the workspace's People section, under Members and Guests.

To add workspace members (workspace-level collaborators), navigate to People → Add Member, enter the collaborator's email, and assign a role.

To add workspace guests (project-level collaborators), open the relevant project, go to Share, and assign project-specific roles directly.

✅ In a Basic workspace, adding users is for free. Basic workspace limitations apply regardless of the number of users.

ℹ️ Pro and Team workspaces are billed based on the number of their billable seats.
