# Workspace settings

The workspace **Settings** section provides access to important workspace properties.

## Workspace icon

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace icon

You can set an icon for your workspace to help it visually stand out in your [workspace list](https://docs.arcweave.com/workspaces/list).

### Add workspace icon

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace icon > Add workspace icon

To add an icon to your workspace:

1. Go to **Settings > Workspace icon**.
2. Click the icon field.
3. In the **Upload Image** modal, drag an image or click to upload one from your device.
4. Adjust the crop boundaries as needed.
5. Click **Save**.

### Change workspace icon

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace icon > Change workspace icon

To change the workspace icon, click the existing icon (not the red 'X') and repeat the steps above for [adding a workspace icon](https://docs.arcweave.com/workspaces/settings#add-workspace-icon).

### Delete workspace icon

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace icon > Delete workspace icon

To remove the workspace icon, click the red **X** at the top right corner of the icon.

## Workspace ID

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace ID

This section displays your workspace's unique ID.

To copy it to your clipboard, click the **clipboard** icon.

> ℹ️ The workspace ID is also visible in the URL, right after `arcweave.com/app/workspace/`.

## AI functionality

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > AI functionality

To enable or disable AI features in your workspace:

1. Go to **Settings > Workspace AI functionality**.
2. Toggle the switch **on** or **off**.
3. Click **Save** in the unsaved changes bar at the bottom of the window.

## Workspace name

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Workspace name

To rename your workspace:

1. Go to **Settings > Workspace name**.
2. Edit the current name.
3. Click **Save** in the unsaved changes bar at the bottom of the window.

## Change workspace plan

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Change workspace plan

To upgrade or downgrade your workspace:

1. Go to **Settings > Change plan**.
2. Click **Change**.
3. In the pricing modal, select a different plan.

## Delete workspace

Context: Arcweave docs > Workspaces > Workspace settings > Delete workspace

To permanently delete a workspace:

1. Go to the workspace's **Settings** section.
2. Scroll to the **Delete workspace** field.
3. Click **Delete**.
4. Type the workspace's name to confirm, then click **Continue**.

> ⚠️ Deleting a workspace is an action that _cannot be undone!_

> ℹ️ You cannot delete your only workspace.
